The long Awaited BEAD SOUP Party is finally here!

*** Please leave your Replys on this Blog ~ not on the one Underneath thx! ***

210 Very Talented women and men are participating in the 3rd Annual BEAD SOUP Party..the largest amount of people so far! This party was designed by the lovely Lori Anderson of Pretty Things and there is even a book in the making for Lori about this BEAD SOUP Party! What a great thing and thank you Lori for all the fun and happiness this has brought so many of us.

We all were assigned a partner of which each person exchanged beads with them and had to Create some sort of jewellery. Main requirement was to use the focal and the clasp and as many beads that could be incorporated.

I was given Angela Blasingame of HOPEMORE STUDIO and was very pleased at the wonderful selection she sent me. Angela makes beautiful handmade focals of hearts and birds. Check her out she is a talented Miss! So below here you will see what Angie has sent me and what I did with them. All these beads, the heart focal, the key and the burgundy ribbon all from Angie.

The beads Angie sent me:

Her handmade beautiful heart!

The key!

 Finished!
This is what I made of Angie's beads. I used the
focal, the clasp, the pearls, the turquoise and the key..

Ending with the clasp. This necklace can be tied to wear long or the clasp may be used and the ribbon draped about..

Earrings made with the pearls..

This has been a Great Bead Party..
it feels like Christmas Morning as Ive already been to a few Blogs late at this time of Night!

Hi Janet.

I'm still finishing up my blog tour. It's so interesting to see what themes appear again again, and how each artist makes it their own.

Hi Janet, That is a really nice necklace. Love the dangles you added to the focal piece.

I would also like to thank you for your lovely comment. It has really meant a lot as I am going through a tough time. I have also read that your hubby is out of the hospital. I hope he is ok and on his way to full and speedy recovery.

I have written a thank you post on my blog and it would be lovely if you could read it if you find the time.

A big hug your way.

I've been eyeing up those eggs....just need to have some of those! Looks like fun!

Thank you everyone for your wonderful comments!
